Materials and projects created by Designow for the Client, including designs, graphics, and other visual elements, are the property of the Client upon completion and payment. Designow reserves the right to display such projects as part of its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

If projects include fonts or materials owned by third parties, it is the Client's responsibility to obtain the appropriate licenses. Designow will inform the Client of any third-party rights and the need for licenses.

The Client agrees not to engage in any activities that: violate the Agreement; infringe on the intellectual property rights of Designow or others; or interfere with other users' access to the Website.

By using the Website, the Client represents that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement, that the use of the Website will not violate any laws, and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

All feedback, comments, and suggestions provided by the Client may be used by Designow without restriction or compensation to the Client.

Designow reserves the right to manage the Website and enforce the Agreement as deemed necessary, including taking legal action for violations.

By using the Website, the Client consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with Designow's Privacy Policy.

Designow reserves the right to deny refunds based on its own discretion and without notice or liability to the Client. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Should the Client request a refund during the first month of use, all materials produced by Designow are the ownership of the company and are prohibited from being used by the Client in any way.
For the purposes of calculating a refund, the subscription period that has already been used by the Client will be billed at the daily rate. The cost of the days used will be deducted from the total subscription fee to determine the remaining balance. If a refund is deemed to be appropriate, a 25% fee will then be applied to this remaining balance. This fee is deducted from the remaining balance to cover administrative costs and other expenses associated with the cancellation of the service.
Designow reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against the Client for breach of this paragraph.

Designow reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Website or services offered, with or without notice to the Client.

Designow does not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times and is not liable for any interruptions or loss of service.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Designow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy or completeness of the Website's content.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Designow from any claims resulting from the use of the Website. Designow's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Designow is not responsible for any user data or content transmitted through the Website and reserves the right to remove any such content.

Using the Website constitutes consent to receive electronic communications from Designow and to transact electronically. All electronic records are deemed legally binding.

Designow reserves the right to display completed projects as part of its portfolio unless a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

Designow may offer referral incentives or programs, subject to specific terms and conditions provided at the time of the referral program.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Designow regarding the Website and supersedes all prior agreements.
