No need for lots of meetings. After our first chat to get things rolling, we won’t fill your calendar with meetings. Instead, we use a super easy tool called Notion for all our talks, updates, and any questions you have along the way.
Write or send a video – it’s your call. In Notion, you can either type out what you’re thinking or, if you prefer, record a video message. It’s all about what’s easiest for you. This way, you won’t have to worry about scheduling more meetings, and we can keep everything clear and straightforward.
You’re always in the know. Just because we’re not sitting down for meetings all the time doesn’t mean you’ll miss out on anything. With Notion, you’re always up-to-date, and I’m here to chat about any ideas or feedback you have. We’re making sure you’re happy with how things are going, without the hassle of constant meetings.
How do I place a design request in the queue?
Our process involves submitting a request, the design phase, refinement, and completion, all managed through Notion for simplicity and ease.
How quickly will I receive my designs?
We guarantee timely delivery of your designs, aligning with your subscription plan. When faced with larger and intricate tasks, we employ a strategic approach, breaking them into smaller components to meet and exceed your deadlines.
How does the pause feature work?
Our pause feature is designed with flexibility in mind and is one of the best to allow your subscription to easily pause when your needs and schedules change. This feature can be used to put your subscription on hold at any time and hence you will not be billed during that period of inactivity. What is beautiful in this feature is how simply it is explained and designed. It is so much user-centric—your subscription can stay on hold, and the rest that would remain unused can be saved for a rainy day. So you decide to restart the services, reactivating your subscription is quite simple, and you continue to be served by us right from the place where you had left.
What if I'm not satisfied with the design?

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds after subscription, as we allocate dedicated time for your design requests upon sign-up. The uncompromising commitment to delivering high-quality work means we cannot justify working without fair compensation for the time and effort invested. Therefore, due to the high-quality nature of our work, no refunds will be issued.
